Dear Dr. Long,

You and your team are amazing, and I am writing to thank all of you for what you have given me.  Here's the thing: from the time I turned 12 or 13 I had to choose between having no chest or having hips & a belly.  Even as an avid athlete in my youth & my 20's, my body proportions have never been good.  You reshaped me in such a way that I now look in the mirror and smile, rather than criticize.  The effect on my sense of self is huge.

Thank you, also, for coordinating with Dr. N and Dr. M so that I have one one recovery period.  I owe you my deepest gratitude.
